“Na semana passada, Verônica Bolina, travesti, negra e pobre, foi presa sob acusação de ter agredido a vizinha durante uma briga. Pouco depois, surgiu na internet uma série de fotos que desmascaram a “justiça” e a polícia: Verônica aparece nua, cabelo raspado e com marcas de hematoma e espancamento.

Verônica é mais uma vítima da opressão racista, machista e transfóbica. Independente do que tenha feito, nada justifica a tortura e a negação de sua identidade de gênero por parte da polícia ou da mídia. O Brasil é campeão nos casos de assassinatos motivados por LGBTfobia, a polícia militar promove um verdadeiro genocídio da população negra, por isso o PSTU endossa o chamado a todo mundo a ir pras ruas mudar essa situação!
